02 — Group course

Teen motocross in a group course –
how a course day works.

In teen motocross at MX-Academy, teens learn in a group and at their own pace. Professional coaches explain every exercise, help with pulling away and ride ahead on the track. Everyone rides a Honda CRF motocross bike in the right size – the CRF250 for teens, the CRF50, CRF70, CRF110, CRF125 and CRF150 for children.

All you need to bring is long trousers and sturdy shoes – MX-Academy provides the rest.

Our recommendation for riding time: For teens we recommend 3.5 hours (Wednesday) or 4 hours (Saturday) of riding time instead of a 1-hour taster – this way you really get into the sport and make much more progress. 1 hour is suitable for children aged 4 to 6. Riding time always includes breaks, because the sport is demanding. Everything about getting started can be found in the motocross taster course.
